BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ's

Q: Do we need to make an advance reservation?

A: YES!  ALL PARTIES MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE!

Q: Do we have to have 10 guests?

A: YES!  You must have a minimum of 10 guests for the package to apply.  If you do NOT have 10 guests you CAN pay the flat rate and receive ALL the party amenities.

Q:  Does the birthday boy or girl have to pay too or are they free?

A:  YES!  Everyone must pay to receive the package amenities. 

Q: What does the "Pasta Station Buffet" include?

A: The light buffet is CHEF'S CHOICE.  It is NOT a dinner.  Generally, we group the parties together and provide a buffet station for all the private parties to share.  It is typically a pasta dish or baked ziti.

Q: Does the reserved seating include seats for everyone in the party?

A: NO!  The reserved seating (when available) is limited to ONE or TWO TABLES and may not include seating for everyone in your party.  When there are no more tables available for reservation the rest of the tables are first come first served.

Q: Can our reserved tables be outside on The Deck?

A: NO!  Tables (when available) will be reserved inside the club near the dance floor.

Q: Can we bring in a cake or other food?

A: NO!  We do NOT allow any outside food however, we do have a full appetizer and dinner menu you can order from.

Q: Can we bring balloons or other party favors?

A: YES!  HOWEVER, final approval of ALL items being brought into the club is left to security & management.  Some items may NOT be allowed in club.

Q:  What is the dress code?

A: Please review the DRESS CODE PAGE.

Q: Can we change the time of our party?

A: NO!  ALL birthday parties are held at the packages specified time and CANNOT BE CHANGED!

Q: Does the package price per person include our admission / cover charge to the club?

A: YES!  Admission is included.

Q: Can someone attend the party who is under 21 if they are accompanied by a parent or adult?

A: NO!  ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 WITH PROPER ID!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q: What types of ID's are accepted?

A; The ONLY types of ID acceptable are a VALID (NOT EXPIRED) photo driver's license issued by PENDOT or any other state, a valid photo ID card issued by PENDOT or any other state, a valid US armed forces ID that contains the holder's photograph or a valid passport or travel visa which contains the holder's photograph.  ALL OF THE ABOVE IDs MUST BE CURRENT AND CANNOT BE EXPIRED!  NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES OR NON STATE ISSUED ID CARDS!

Q: If i turn 21 at midnight can I enter at 10:30pm or another time earlier than midnight?

NO!  You cannot enter until12:01am the calendar day of your birthday.

Q: Can we bring a bus and is there parking?

A: YES!  Buses are welcome and there is plenty of FREE PARKING.

Q: Can we wear our homemade t-shirts?

A: YES!

Q: Does our designated driver have to pay the package price per person?

A: NO!  Designated drivers only have to pay the standard cover charge however, they must pay for ALL drinks.
